Li Ching-Yuen was a Chinese herbalist and said to have lived the longest life recorded, this has been disputed by some people as a myth.

He is said to have lived between 197-256 years (!) by living by these words:

“Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, walk sprightly like a pigeon and sleep like a dog”

Eating a diet of lingzhi, goji berries, ginseng, shot wu and other Chinese herbs and rice wine. Above this practicing regular meditation and breathing exercises.
