Space is so important on our mood and also creativity. Working in a space that makes you feel free, comfortable and where your ideas can grow. This can be done in many different ways and might be different depending on what you like.
Here are some tid-bits we have found helpful to sustain an effective environment for idea creation.
First of all, make sure you have a clean and organised workspace. Make it nice, a big table, some plants and a candle does it for us. Try to switch it up a bit with multiple 'workstations' that relate to your process and don't be afraid to get mobile. Depending on the process a little work action in nature can be a great way to get those creative juices flowing.
Ambient and low noise levels are key to concentration. However, sometimes you just need to rock it out to some A$AP, whatever works for you.
Lagom (Swedish word for just the right amount). Not too hot, not to cold, note that warm environments are best for comforts so you don't want it too warm so you'll fall asleep!
Low lighting conditions help you ideate and natural light keeps you alert. We like lots of natural light and a fresh breeze from an open widow, find what works best for you.
