Infused Water - Elixir of Life?

This refreshing mix is great for those hot summer days when you feel like spicing it up a bit PLUS it adds some of the benefits these delicious summer fruits. This is also a great opportunity to attach some intentions to your water, follow these steps while you're at it.

Our mix includes:
Strawberries are super high in antioxidants and vitamin C. 
- Mint is great for digestion, and can reduce inflammation.
Cucumber helps to get rid of toxins.
- Lime is also good for digestion and aids weight loss. 

Here's what you do: Add some ice to a jug add sliced strawberries, cucumber, fresh mint leaves and water, then let sit for about 20 min. You can add more water as you go and it will last about 2 days in the fridge but we prefer it fresh daily.
