This agreement is a contract by the customer (‘you’) and Soon co, ABN: 37192373878. Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order with Soon co. By placing an order or using the www.soon.space website you agree with these terms and conditions.
In order to use our, Soon co website, www.soon.space, and purchase our products, you are subject to the terms and conditions of use. By completing the customer application process and using www.soon.space you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. They are for your protection and to outline our obligations to you, the customer. If you remain in any way uncertain please contact the Early Bird at our headquarters at email@example.com
The provision of all goods and services for the customer by Soon co is carried out exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions in the version valid at the time the order is placed.
PLACING AN ORDER
The customer makes a binding offer once he/she has completed the whole online order process. The purchase agreement will come into effect only when the goods have been dispatched. The customer receives an automated confirmation with all the important information by E-Mail. Submitting an order does not guarantee the availability of a product. If a product is unavailable Soon co reserves the right not to deliver them and will offer a full refund. Soon retains title to the goods until payment has been made in full.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
It can occur that in spite of adequate stock control, articles offered may be sold out more quickly than expected. Consequently we do not guarantee delivery. All offers are made on the basis of “only as long as stocks are available”. The purchase price is due for payment upon completing your order. Payment can be made by credit card on our website through Stipe, (in store: credit/debit card and cash in advance). Soon reserves the right to exclude particular forms of payment. Shipping is not included in the price. All prices are in USD.
We ship all orders within 48 hours, once the order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. We use USPS First-class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS for additional cost. Tracking number is not available for USPS services. Shipping times vary, if you would like a specific update on shipping times or you'd like it quicker please email firstname.lastname@example.org
For orders outside of the U.S. we use USPS First-Class mail, tracking number is not available, please allow at least 10-14 days for shipping.
Soon co will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognized by USPS or UPS. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched. Soon co will not be held responsible for loss of parcel by above postal services. Should the ordered items not be available, Soon co reserves the right not to deliver them. In this case we shall inform the customer without delay and return any payments made, also without delay.
RETURNS / FAULTY ITEMS
We don’t except refunds or exchanges on wearable products for hygiene reasons, however, if you receive an item that is faulty we will repair/refund or exchange the item if we are notified within 7 days of delivery by emailing email@example.com including the following information:
– Your name and address
– Proof of purchase
– A photograph of the item with the description of the fault.
Please note that all our products are handmade so slight differences to imagery as well as in size and color can appear.
We do not use or share personal information for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it was disclosed. We do not provide or sell personal information to other organizations. However we may disclose personal information to our service providers who provide services in connection with our products and services. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. We use google analytics to get a greater understanding of our customers so that we can serve them better.
